On Sunday, August 26, The Mariners' Museum and Park in Newport News, VA., will host a virtual lecture on the Coast Guard Art Program. The presentation will be given by Council Advisory Committee member Karen Lowe, who is a an artist and COGAP Committee Chair of the Salmagundi Club. Karen will be joined by 2021 George Gray Award winner Frank Gaffney.
