Council President Frank Russo and Executive Director Jessica Hitchen will present awards to George Washington NJROTC’s top graduating cadets at the school’s two graduation ceremonies. Seven outstanding seniors have earned New York Council Navy League stipends to help them in their future academic endeavors. We are proud of them and all their fellow cadets for overcoming the considerable challenges of completing high school during the COVID era.
