Council Members and Friends are invited to join us for the second installment of our 2022 National Security Briefing Series, to be held via Zoom on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at noon, Eastern time.
For this briefing, our Council will welcome Fleet Master Chief Raymond D. Kemp, USN (Ret. FMC Kemp has served on several amphibious and big decks including the USS Harry Truman. Since his retirement, he has been appointed to serve on the American Battle Monument Commission, the Bob Feller Veteran Organization as well an aviators veterans support group.
FMC Kemp will speak to members and friends about the changes and developments in Naval Aviation since Top Gun in 1986.
