A memorial service to honor the life of MSGT Kenneth Wiggins, USMC (Ret.), was to be held at Curtis High School, where he served as a much-revered Naval Science Instructor for our sponsored NJROTC unit. Due to school closure and quarantine guidelines, the ceremony has been cancelled. In lieu of the ceremony, the New York Council has sent flowers in MSGT’s honor to the school workers handling free meal distribution for students and families in the Curtis High School community.
