Council VP of Fleet Support Charles Blaich and Council member Mary Blaich will attend the USCG Sector New York All-Hands Meeting to present Enlisted Person of the Quarter Awards for fourth quarter 2023 to the Sector proper and Sectorwide selectees, as well as the 2023 Enlisted Person of the Year.
